Simple HR System is designed for HR tasks such as company setup, employee login, attendance check-in/out, time entries, leave requests, employee profiles, and admin dashboards. Depending on how your company uses the app, information entered or processed in the app may include work email addresses, employee names, company details, attendance records, leave request details, time entries, and optional location information used for check-in/out features.

Data Collection and Sharing

The Google Play listing for Simple HR System declares that no data is shared with third parties and no data is collected through the app. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use app data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

How Information Is Used

Information handled by the app is used to provide core HR functionality, including employee authentication, attendance tracking, leave request workflows, time entry history, company administration, and workforce visibility for authorized admins.

Location Permission

If location capture is enabled for check-in/out, location information is used only to support attendance functionality. You can manage app permissions through your device settings.

Third-Party Services

Simple HR System is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your use of those stores is also subject to their own privacy policies and account settings.

Data Retention

HR records should only be kept for as long as needed for workplace administration, legal, accounting, or operational requirements. If your account is managed by a company or admin, that company may control retention of workplace records.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information handled by the app. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Simple HR System is intended for workplace and business use. It is not directed to children.
